During busy periods, holidays, or in circumstances outside our reasonable control, delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated timeframe. We appreciate your patience and will always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Production Time:

Our personalised name jewellery is made to order.

Production takes approximately 15–25 working days before your order is ready for dispatch.

Once production is complete, your order is generally packed and prepared for dispatch within approximately 24–72 working hours.

The delivery times above apply after your order has been produced and dispatched.

Some orders may take longer due to manufacturing, quality checks, high demand, courier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because personalised jewellery is made specifically according to the personalisation details you provide, personalised items are generally not eligible for cancellation or return simply because you have changed your mind once production has begun, where the law permits this.

However, this does not affect your legal rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised due to an error on our part, or is not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. We may ask you to provide photographs to help us assess the problem.

Cancellation & Changes

You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 48 hours of placing your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

After 48 hours, production may have started and we may no longer be able to cancel or amend your order. We cannot guarantee that changes requested after this time will be possible.

If we are unable to make a requested change because production has already started, the original personalisation details submitted with your order will be used.

Personalisation & Arabic Names

Please carefully check your personalisation details before placing your order.

For Arabic name jewellery, we recommend entering your name in Arabic if you know the correct Arabic spelling.

If you enter your name in English, we will do our best to transliterate it into Arabic. However, transliteration can vary, and we cannot guarantee that the result will correspond to the Arabic spelling you intended.

Please make sure that the personalisation details you submit are correct before completing your purchase.

Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

Wipe your jewellery after each wear with a soft, gentle cloth.
Store your jewellery in a sealed zip bag or suitable jewellery pouch when not in use.
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, including chlorine, perfumes, lotions and hairspray.
Avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming or in hot tubs.
Avoid sleeping while wearing your jewellery to reduce unnecessary wear and tear.
If your jewellery begins to look dull, gently polish it with a suitable jewellery polishing cloth.
