This website is operated by GetDawah . Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GetDawah . GetDawah offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES 

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not gurantee correct spelling of any customised names provided in the english language and not the arabic. We do our best to transliterate as close as possible.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. Orders can not be cancelled after 48 hours of purchase time. Our personalised jewellery, phone cases and personalised name watches are designed in the UK and shipped by our partners from China. Delivery time for our products have been mentioned on our shipping page and we aim to deliver products within the timefram if for any reason we fail to deliver on time then the customer may request for update, refund or replacement. At times delivery delays may occur for various reasons. We advice all our customers to contact us if they have questions about a product or our service.We advice customers to contact their bank if they do not receive refund within 7 Days after they sent a request to us. We aim to reply to emails within 48 working hours but at times you may expierence delays. If you expierence long delay then please contact your bank or paypal to get refund. Non personalised items we try to start process within 24-48 working hours.  We do not offer refund/exchange on personalised products unless the item is damaged upon arrival.  If item is not in selling condition you may receive partial refund or no refund or exchange at all.  In the event when item does not arrive due to shipping company failing to deliver then we will ship the item again 2nd attempt and if it fails again the customer will have the option for full refund. Customers are obliged to email us when they do not receive their order within the stated time frame on our website.

We occasionally give away Free products and we would love it if everyone can get the chance to receive a Free item. We have a created a few rules where everyone can get to receive a free product. We do not make any profit from Free Giveaways and in fact lose money, but we love making our customers happy.

1) Each Household (Same Shipping Address) is allowed 1 Free item a Year
2) Only 1 Free item is allowed to be purchased and not more.
3) Shipping cost is not refundable and Free Items can't be returned
4) Customer only covers shipping cost
5) We have the rights to cancel any Free items orders for any reason.
6) If you purchase more than 1 Free item we have the rights to send any of the free item we want to you to you.

Watch Warranty:

Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only.

Our warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions as the manufacturer warranty. The standard manufacturer warranty does not cover theft or loss of the watch. Normal wear-and-tear or damage caused to the watch by accidents or mishandling/mistreatment are also excluded, as well as damage caused to a watch due to submersion in water which is against the manufacturer's guidance. In particular, wear of the watch strap is not covered by the warranty. Any modification of a watch by the addition or substitution of components by aftermarket products which have not been provided by the manufacturer will also invalidate the warranty. The use of aftermarket components can severely compromise the technical performance, reliability and waterproofness of the watch.

NOTE:

Our FREE Wall Art designs are not allowed to be used commercially or to be given away for free to others. It is only allowed for personal use.  

Returns

We accept returns if Item is damaged or any mistakes has occurred by us. We can not accept returns on customised items unless the item was damaged upon arrival or is not working properly. Make sure to use our size chart before you place your order and if you still need help then please contact us.  We can accept non customised items for retuns within 14 Days and it should be selling condition. he postage cost in such case will not be covered by u and we will not refund shipping cost. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and 
a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We can not accept customised items if you are not happy with the item unless an error has occured on our part.If customer does not provide full correct address and the order does not arrive to the customer then we will not be held responsible for full refund. The customer is responsible for providing us full correct address. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or Paypal account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@getdawah.com

If we fail to deliver an order within the timeframe stated then please have patience as we may face delays like any other company in the world.

Refund or Returns (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective/damaged. We can not accept customised items if you are not happy with the item unless an error has occured on our part. We can however replace other non customised items but they will need to be in selling condition. The item will need to be returned to us and the shipping cost will not be covered by us. 
If we fail to deliver an order within the timeframe stated then please have patience as we may face delays like any other company in the world.If customer does not provide full correct address and the order does not arrive to the customer then we will not be held responsible for full refund. Free Items

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we 
will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Skincare :

Each customer is required to do a patch test for any products purchased from our website. Patch test will help you find out if your skin is comfortable with the ingredients. Please contact us if you suffer from any allergies before making a purchase. We do not take any responsbility if you make a purchase from outside th EU. 

Personalised Arabic Name/Word Items

Please write your name in arabic for our personalised items and if you are not sure about the spelling google it or contact our support team. We do not take responsibility if you spell your name wrong. In rare cases if you expierence any discomfort due to the edges of the jewellery then stop using it and contact us. If you write your name only in English then we will do our best to transliterate it but we do not take responsibility if you are not happy with our transliteration. We automatically transliterate english text to arabic if you do not provide us the arabic name when placing order. We transilerate in arabic the word/name you provide for all our custom name/word items. Shipping

If return/exchange applicable then we will pay for the shipping cost.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You are responsible for providing the correct address, including your name, country, city, street address, house/flat number and post-code. If you don't provide us full correct address then we are not responsible if you don't receive your order. You must make sure you provide correct address because we do not provide track-able shipping so if you give us wrong address then we will not be able to track where your order is. We will not resend nor give refund if you provide us incomplete or missing part of your house address. We do not give refund if you have chosen the wrong product size or colour. Refund will be only issued if the product we send to you is faulty or not as described. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to all of our policies. Some orders may not arrive on time in rare cases but we will assure your order gets delivered to you. Please be aware we can't refund customised products because we can't resell them. If you have contacted then please be aware in rare cases there will be late reply. Customer must contact us within 50 Days if order has not arrived otherwise no refund will be accepted. Our personalised name jewellery, phone cases and custom watches gets shipped from our partners in China. The rest of our products gets dispatched from inside UK. 

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

We try our best to deliver orders within the time period we have stated on our website. However on rare occasion orders may get delayed but we will do our best to make sure you receive your order. Our delivery time period has been mentioned at the "Delivery Page". You may contact our support team if you have any questions. If you have any allergies specially to jewellery materials then please contact us before you make a purchase.
