What Does Our Lifetime Warranty Cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers eligible issues relating to the quality and finish of your jewellery, including:

• Colour fading under the conditions outlined in our warranty policy.

• Tarnishing and rust where applicable to the materials used.

• Manufacturing defects that affect the quality or durability of your piece.

If your jewellery develops a covered issue, simply contact our customer support team with your order details and photos of the item. We’ll assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement in accordance with our warranty policy.

What Is Not Covered?

We want your jewellery to last, and proper care plays an important role in keeping it looking its best. Our lifetime warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, including breakage, snapped chains, bent pieces, or damage caused by excessive force.

• Scratches and normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use.

• Accidental damage or misuse, including damage caused by improper handling or storage.

• Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties without our approval.

• Damage caused by improper care or exposure to substances that may affect the materials or finish.

The GetDawah Lifetime Jewellery Warranty applies to eligible purchases made on or after 11 October 2026. Purchases made before this date are not covered by this lifetime warranty unless otherwise stated.
