Returns
We accept returns if Item is damaged or any mistakes has occurred by us. We can not accept returns on customised items unless the item was damaged upon arrival or is not working properly. Make sure to use our size chart before you place your order and if you still need help then please contact us. We can accept non customised items for returns within 7 Days and it should be selling condition unopened with package. The postage cost in such case will not be covered by u and we will not refund shipping cost. If item is not in selling condition you may receive partial refund or no refund or exchange at all. We do not accept refund/exchange on all our freebie products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and
a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We can not accept customised items if you are not happy with the item unless an error has occured on our part. We do not accept refund/exchange on all our freebie products.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or Paypal account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective/damaged. We can not accept customised items if you are not happy with the item unless an error has occured on our part. We do not accept personalised ready made necklaces for refund/return. We can however replace other non customised items but they will need to be in selling condition. The item will need to be returned to us and the shipping cost will not be covered by us.
The postage cost in such case will not be covered by u and we will not refund shipping cost. If item is not in selling condition you may receive partial refund or no refund or exchange at all. We do not issue refund/return on free items. If customer does not provide full correct address and the order does not arrive to the customer then we will not be held responsible for full refund. The customer is responsible for providing us full correct address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Jewellery chain breakage/snapping is not covered by us. The customer has to make sure upon arrival that the item is in working condition.
Production Time
Estimated production time for Name jewellery is 30-40 working days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we
will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Order Processing
The order packing process time can take around 24-72 working hours.
Shipping
If return/exchange applicable then we will pay for the shipping cost.
If we fail to deliver an order within the timeframe you can contact us for updates, refund or exchange.
If customer does not provide full correct address and the order does not arrive to the customer then we will not be held responsible for full refund. The customer is responsible for providing us full correct address.
Cancellation
Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours of purchase time.

Personalised Arabic Name Items
Please write your name in arabic for our personalised items and if you are not sure about the spelling google it or contact our support team. We do not take responsibility if you spell your name wrong. If you write your name only in English then we will do our best to transliterate it but we do not take responsibility if you are not happy with our transliteration. Watch Warranty
Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only.
Our warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions as the manufacturer warranty. The standard manufacturer warranty does not cover theft or loss of the watch. Normal wear-and-tear or damage caused to the watch by accidents or mishandling/mistreatment are also excluded, as well as damage caused to a watch due to submersion in water which is against the manufacturer's guidance. In particular, wear of the watch strap is not covered by the warranty. Any modification of a watch by the addition or substitution of components by aftermarket products which have not been provided by the manufacturer will also invalidate the warranty. The use of aftermarket components can severely compromise the technical performance, reliability and waterproofness of the watch.
